Want to recommend a tool as an alternative to another AI? It’s quick and open to everyone.

How to suggest an alternative

1. Go to the Alternatives page of the AI you’re thinking about.
   Example: /alternatives/chatgpt or /alternatives/claude.

2. Click the Suggest an alternative button.

3. Search our database of AIs and select the tool you want to recommend.

4. (Optional) Add a short note for the moderators. This can help explain why you think it’s a good fit.

5. Send it.

That’s it. Your suggestion goes to the team for review.

What usually gets approved

Suggestions that clearly make sense as alternatives tend to get approved. Think tools that people actually use for similar jobs — same category, similar use case, or a strong practical overlap.

What usually doesn’t get approved

Suggestions that feel random, unrelated, or forced are less likely to make it. If the connection is weak or the tool doesn’t really serve the same purpose, moderators will usually pass on it.

Clear, relevant suggestions help keep the lists useful for everyone.
