How to rate and review an AI on Altern

You can write a review on any AI’s single page. Reviews are only available there.

Each review has two parts:

• Star rating (1 to 5) — this is required
• Review text — this is optional

You only need to give a star rating. Adding text is recommended because it helps other people understand why you rated the tool the way you did, but it’s not required.

Before writing a review, make sure you know the review rules. We only approve honest reviews, and some types of reviews (like fake ones or undisclosed self-reviews) are not allowed.

To write a review, go to the page of the AI you want to review, find the review section, choose a star rating, and optionally write a few sentences about your experience.

Getting started

Make sure you’re signed in. Open any AI page, scroll to the reviews section, and leave your rating. Just keep the rules in mind so your review can be approved.
