Molfar System

Molfar System turns the usual chatbot conversation into a meeting. Instead of one model, you assemble up to four AI participants — running on different models and different providers — and each one answers independently, without seeing what the others said. Two more slots hold service roles. The Orchestrator compares the answers that come back, separates agreement from disagreement, and builds the clarification queue itself — you only edit or confirm the questions it raises. The Secretary maintains the meeting protocol and the project knowledge base, carrying context across sessions. For quick tasks there is Haiduk, a single-chat mode without any of that structure. The app runs on your own API keys (BYOK) and supports Google AI Studio, NVIDIA NIM and OpenRouter. All three offer free tiers, so you can start at zero cost. There is no backend at all. No accounts, no sign-up, no sync, no analytics. Projects, chats, documents and settings live in a local SQLite database on the device — nothing leaves the phone except the requests you send to the provider you chose. Document support, long-term memory, configurable participant roles, five interface languages. Android 7.0 and up. One more detail: the entire app was written on a smartphone, without a computer.
