Microsoft Clipchamp

Microsoft Clipchamp is a timeline video editor available in the browser and as a Windows application. Its AI tools can select highlights and automatically compose uploaded footage, generate transcripts and editable captions, create text-to-speech voiceovers, remove pauses and image backgrounds, and suppress noise. Microsoft 365 users can also prompt Copilot to draft a script, narration, and stock-footage video before refining it in the editor.
