Mentalyc converts therapy-session recordings, uploads, dictation, or typed summaries into draft SOAP, DAP, BIRP, intake, and other clinical note formats. The platform also generates treatment plans, tracks goals and symptom changes, and provides a browser extension for transferring clinician-reviewed documentation into web-based EHR systems.
