Kwip is a courier and delivery-logistics platform built for Malta. It gives online shops, retailers and service businesses a way to hand their deliveries over completely: Kwip collects from the shop when an order is ready and delivers it the next day, from €3.99 per drop (excl. VAT).

Kwip runs its own vans and riders, but the product is the software behind them.

Where the automation does the work

• Route and drop optimisation — deliveries are grouped, sequenced and assigned by the routing engine rather than by a human dispatcher.
• Parcel optimisation — each parcel is classified by size and handling needs, and the system assigns the smallest vehicle class (scooter, car or van) that can clear the run in one trip.
• Capacity-aware pickup slots — available collection times are generated from real remaining route capacity, so a merchant is never offered a slot Kwip cannot serve.
• Built for integrators — an API-first backend, so ecommerce platforms, WooCommerce and Shopify shops and third-party systems can create deliveries, get a price and pull tracking events programmatically.
