Gemini is Google’s multimodal foundation-model family for text, images, audio, video, code, tool use, and agentic applications. The lineup includes Pro models for demanding reasoning, Flash models that balance intelligence and speed, and Flash-Lite variants for high-throughput workloads, alongside Live models for real-time voice and video interaction. Developers can build with Gemini through the Gemini API, Google AI Studio, and Vertex AI. A limited free API tier is available for supported models.
