About

Antigravity lets AI agents act directly across the editor, terminal, and browser instead of just answering in a side panel, aimed at genuinely autonomous coding rather than assisted autocomplete. It supports Google's own Gemini models alongside Claude and OpenAI models, with scheduled background tasks, a standalone CLI, and a public SDK rounding out what's become one of Google's most ambitious pushes into agentic development tooling.

Works great, no complaints.

Tried it after a coworker recommended it. It catches bugs I would've missed for hours.

Gets confused on larger files and starts suggesting irrelevant stuff. Refactoring a messy module took minutes instead of an afternoon.

Been using this for about several months. Slows down noticeably on bigger repos. It hallucinates a function that doesn't exist in the library every so often.

Been using this for about half a year. Refactoring a messy module took minutes instead of an afternoon. It hallucinates a function that doesn't exist in the library every so often.

Been using this for about a few weeks. The suggestions feel like they were written by someone who read the whole repo. Autocomplete actually understands the rest of my file, not just the current line.

Does exactly what it promises.

Saved me from a nasty null-pointer bug last week. It's become part of my daily workflow at this point.

Switched over from a competitor a few weeks ago. Cut my debugging time down a lot this month. Gets confused on larger files and starts suggesting irrelevant stuff.

Not perfect, but it gets the job done.
