Secure sandboxes for running AI-generated code
Daytona provides fast, isolated environments where AI agents can run code safely. Sandboxes start in a fraction of a second and are controlled through an API or SDK, so an agent can create one, run commands, read files and tear it down.
It began as an open-source development environment manager and pivoted to infrastructure for agents. The code is available, and you can also use the hosted service.
If you are building a coding agent or data-analysis assistant, running untrusted code on your own server is risky. A sandbox layer like this removes that worry.
