Climate TRACE

Climate TRACE is a non-profit coalition that uses satellite imagery and AI to independently track greenhouse gas emissions from individual power plants, shipping lanes, and oil fields — hundreds of millions of sources by its latest count — without relying on governments or companies to self-report their own numbers. Researchers, journalists, and policymakers use it specifically because it's one of the few emissions datasets that isn't built on the honor system.
