Budibase lets you build forms, approval flows and data apps on top of its own database or an existing one. It can be self-hosted, which is useful for companies that cannot send data to a third-party cloud.

Automations handle repeated tasks, and an AI assistant can help you create tables and screens. The interface is simple enough that non-developers can build useful tools.

It is less flexible than writing code, and complex logic can get messy. For internal request trackers and simple CRMs it works well.
