What is PaLM-SayCan?
PaLM-SayCan is an advanced AI system developed by Google Research in collaboration with Everyday Robots. It integrates the Pathways Language Model (PaLM) with robotic learning to enable robots to perform complex, multi-step tasks based on natural language instructions. By combining the capabilities of language models ("Say") to understand and generate human-like instructions with robotic affordances ("Can") that assess the feasibility of actions in a given environment, PaLM-SayCan facilitates more intuitive and effective human-robot interactions.
